Let me help you put this issue to rest… I have hated the fact that I wait for summer to come so we can enjoy the backyard and the summer came and we went outside and had to go back in because we were getting bit like crazy by too many mosquitos. I decided to invest in spraying my property. I tried a few different companies, starting with Mosquito Joe and then to another one. It seems like they all have salesmen and it’s a good business so a lot of companies jumped on the bandwagon. They just come in and spray some tan done stuff quickly and hope it works. Unfortunately none of it helped. Still had mosquito issues. I then got recommended to Mr. Mosquito. The guy, Nik, came over and was like a mosquito professor. He surveyed and looked around the property and not only explained spraying but more importantly I feel, gave me suggestions on ways to eliminate problem areas of mosquitos breeding. To top it off the price was little cheaper than the other guys I had used. I have been using them for the past 3 years and have seen a drastic drop in mosquitos. I CAN FINALLY USE MY PATIO!! My kids don’t come in all bitten up!!! You can see why I’m so enthusiastic lol Anyway, here is there info – I highly reccomend him especially because you deal with a knowledgeable person and all the stuff they spray are human and pet friendly and WORKS. Its great to deal with the business owner directly and get the best service possible.. Nick was awesome, hardworking, informative, and very helpful. He literally took a broken Seesaw toy from my backyard to the dumpster as it was collecting water which attract mosquitos.

I almost never do reviews unless it’s extremely bad or exceptionally great! Mr. Mosquito is well worth these 5 Stars if not more! They have excellent customer service (spoke with Liz) and is very prompt in responding to questions. I met with Nik who was a wonderful professional gentleman who explained everything to me and made sure I had no questions before he left, but he also said if I think of any to contact them. I had asked about when to start seeing results from the spray and he said if we see any then they’ll come back, Philip came back for a spray today before my memorial weekend BBQ! So that we can be “mosquito free”!! My husband and I are amazed by their excellent service, and can’t wait to hang out in the yard and enjoy our BBQ without having to feed the mosquitos ! Thank you guys!

This review is for their stellar customer service. I will update the review after my yard gets treated. Last summer my dog got a tick in the backyard…twice. We don’t have tall grass and are just in a regular suburb on Long Island. It never occurred to me that my pet could pick up a tick in the yard in the ten years I’ve had her. Then there is also the concern with zika and west nile…Apparently, ticks and mosquitos are getting much worse so I’ve been calling different places to prepare for this season. I must say, I had a ton of questions and they were super helpful! (which is not the reception I got from some other local places) They made me feel at ease about the products they use and have natural options which is exactly what I’m looking for. I look forward to a less buggy backyard and not having to freak out about my dog getting ticks or bringing them into the house putting me at risk. I will update soon!

I live on the water on the south shore of Long Island, right across from a marsh area which is loaded with mosquitoes. Prior to using Mr. Mosquito, there were times we could not even use our back yard. I tried home center sprays, the mosquito magnet machine, citronella, and nothing worked like whatever these guys use! Their application seems to quite thorough and does seem to work great!

This is the first year that we are using Mr mosquito Paul the owner is a wonderful caring man that takes very good care of his customers very loyal!! His staff are all very nice as well!!! Paul also serviced our aunts with no extra charge! We will be using them again next year! Keep up the good work guys

My family and I just recently moved to Nassau county about a year ago and something that everyone seem to forgot to mention was the insane amount of mosquitos. I have to say that last year we didn’t trully enjoyed our backyard as much as we could had. A few weeks ago there was a home improvement fair near our home and we decided to check it out. Immediately we were attracted to the Mr. Mosquito booth and inquired more information. Nik was there and although he was very busy, he gave us some great information, took our information down and promised to follow up with a free home visit to check out the site better. Nik called us about a week later and followed up with a home visit as promised. We actually didnt think we were going to be able to hear back or even have the home assessment visit since we had so much going on. Nik kindly worked with our schedule and came to our home a few days ago. He quickly assessed our home was very honest and gave us a clear picture of what was affecting us last year and how we can improve our backyard this summer. Mr. Mosquito pretty much provides an entire season package that promises not to only get rid of the mosquitos but any other bugs, like ants and spiders. Call Mr. Mosquito, ask for Nik and have him check out your property. There nothing to loose but so much to gain! We will definetely be doing business with Mr. Mosquito!

Did my homework looking for a mosquito control specialist. Mr Mosquito had some of the most encouraging reviews of all the companies.
I met with Nik and he was exactly like everyone said, a really down to earth guy that knew his stuff. His pricing was very fair for the service they provide and we have a large property.

We signed with them and the mosquitos have disappeared. I even was working in a section of my yard where I need to wear thick clothes to stop the bites, I didn’t get bit once or even see any bugs.

Needless to say, I’m very happy we chose this service.

I was overwhelmed by how many mosquitoes that were around this summer. I was informed about Mr. Mosquito through a friend that swears by their pesticide-free service. I don’t know how I went so long without using them. They are honest, knowledgeable, but most importantly on point with their service. After using them I am ecstatic to say we haven’t had a mosquito issue since, or really any insect for that matter. 10/10 will use from now on!
